Since then, if Russia has successfully hacked U.S. entities, then it's either because Obama's administration has done a horrible job of dealing with cyber security and failed at fixing it, or Democrat operatives were too dumb to create stronger passwords and conduct themselves more ethically in order to make themselves much smaller targets...
