President Obama to host a goodbye party at the White House on Friday

A rejection of Obama would look like an approval rating akin to what GWB left with, not one higher than Reagan's.

Obama is *personally* popular, but a majority of Americans thought the country was headed in the wrong direction prior to the election.

The only way to collate those two facts is to conclude that Obama's policies have been rejected by a majority of voters. Couple it with the 1000ish lost seats under Obama, and it's a slam dunk.

President Obama is the most popular president at this point in his presidency since Truman.

You're one of those idiots that thinks popular equates to good. Hitler was popular, too.

Why wouldn't Obama supporters like him. Plenty more on food stamps having someone else buy their food, subsidies for healthcare funded by other people, and more/more handouts to freeloaders not wanting to work. Santa Clause is popular for a reason.

good riddance. enjoy your feast of bitterness and sour grapes damned feast I reckon some stupid bastards will cry because of the abject failure.

He did? When? How?

You mean when almost 3,000,000 More Americans supported HRC to be his successor?

Still harping on that popular vote thing? Haven't you heard that it's ELECTORAL VOTES that count and Trump got 34 MORE than he needed to be Obama's successor and Hillary didn't reach the required 270?

Just letting you know since you don't seem to understand how it works.

No one is saying that it means HRC should be Prez.

But close to 3 million more people did vote for her.
