I don't think he needs to have big plans for this, if they just get rid of the mandate and nothing else they will still be seen as successful. At that point it doesn't really matter what the Dems choose to call it.
What you like is a system of government where one group of people you think has too much should be forced to provide something to those that won't do for themselves. Healthcare is just one example. The claim that more people are now buying their own healthcare is bullshit. When the ONLY way many of them do it is because a subsidy funded by someone else, they still aren't buying it. Someone else is buying it for them.
I have a plan. It's simple. I'll provide mine and you provide yours and anyone else you feel compelled to do so with your money.
Your support for a system like Obamacare is nothing more than the belief the one person owes something to someone else. I, nor anyone else, owes another person food, clothing, shelter, or healthcare.
I've given you my plan. Interested? To summarize, my plan I'll do for me and you do for you and anyone else of your choosing with your money.
That's what many on the left don't get. They keep harping on what Romney did in MASSACHUSETTS. While I'm not a supporter of a program like Romney did in Massachusetts because the government has no business in healthcare coverage, what he did was Constitutional and I am a supporter of it.

Exactly. The Democrats did something all on their own that never should have been done now want Republicans to help save another one of their failed programs.
Let's call the new health care system.....Unicare, as healthcare is not a right...its an individual responsibility. 'U' are responsible....'U' do have the right to shop around for cheaper costs, 'U' do have the right to pick your own physican...'U' do have the right to access healthcare as a benefit of employment...and 'U' do have the right to tell big brother to kiss your ass when he attempts to stick his nose about a foot up your private ass. 'U' do have the right to refuse the purchase of anything in this free society. 'U' do have the right to suggest to your social fascist friend that they should move to Cuba if they enjoy the government controlling their lives in telling them they must help purchase insurance for your neighbors, as they have the right to vacate this capitalistic republic in favor of totalitarian socialism.
And most all....tell them 'U' have the right to rescind and shred such a totalitarian law in the same manner in which it was invoked...a simple 50+1 up or down vote....and no state will have to be bribed with future promises of 'pork'...as the real score 'U' can point to is 306-232*
