dec 13 2016 After meeting with President-elect Donald Trump about economic issues in Black neighborhoods, NFL great Jim Brown stopped by CNN to discuss Trump’s Cabinet picks.

During the Dec. 13 telecast, Brown was asked about the lack of diversity on Trump’s cabinet, and whether it bothers him that the president-elect’s picks were mainly white males.

“So, I don’t always look at Black and white,” Brown says. “The three greatest people in my life were white, okay? My high school coach, my high school superintendent and my mentor. I never had a father really.

“I was in this country where I got help from people that were not my same color.”

The same urban areas Hillary carried in the past election.

Democrats would do well to drop the Russia obsession and begin instead to take Trump seriously, because if he begins to make headway with urban blacks, they are toast.
