Just curious.

Super lefty
I was just wondering what, if anything, Trump could do or not do to receive criticism from his supporters? Obviously this is a question for those of you here that support him, even if the extent of your support is that he wasn't Hillary. What would it take for you to voice your disappointment? Has he already done something to warrant it?

I'm actually interested in real answers. This isn't a whiny thread so no "suck it up" posts please.

OK, here's a serious answer. I'm not really a Trump supporter and I know very few people who were enthusiastic about him. I was anti-progressive democrat and anti-Hillary, anti-PC...you get my point. My vote for Trump wasn't really about Trump. Having said that, he pretty much has to kill someone on national TV for me to support getting rid of him.

For me; it would depend on who he killed, on national TV.

:dealwithit:

Ann Coulter has already accused him of selling out on immigration.

Badguy, same question. What, if anything, did you see liberals complain about Obama on here?

We will take the same approach as Obama supporters

Well I am not a classic trump supporter in that don't support most of his policies, even though I took great joy in him winning the election (...or put another way... took great joy in clinton losing).

For me I would say:

His continued support of our corrupt 3 letter agencies like the NSA/supporting the death penalty for my hero snowden

His global climate change denial which is going to fuck us all up and something I agree with the most hardcore liberals on (I find pollution and literally destroying the planet to be a violation of the NAP and thus my libertarian mind doesn't even flinch at getting that shit under control)

I fear he will go against net neutrality and fuck up the FCC

I have a minor worry about the drug war and how the federal government might fuck states like massachusetts which just legalized weed (but to be fair all parties are corrupt on this stuff).

If he isn't trolling about banning flag burning, that is very concerning. (Though I think he is trolling as this was a measure clinton her self supported). That said it's not something I worry about because the supreme court would never allow it.

So yeah those are the biggest issues that concern me off the top of my head.. not silly things like "oh he said this offensive comment one time"

I'll say he can't do anything to get me to jump ship till he's in office lol.

It doesn't make sense to second guess his every move at this point. For example how can you know Tillerson is a good or bad SOS a month before his boss takes office?

I'm waiting and seeing what pans out.

I'm sure I saw a few, and I have my own personal gripes with him. Just for example part of his platform used to be leniency for whistleblowers, but the wikileaks era has seen no such thing. The part of his platform was even removed from his website at a later date.
