Did obama just encourage the troops to MUTINY against Trump??

Any troops who want to voice their political opinions, now, or after the transition, would do well to remember that there are contexts and limitations. The crux of it is to use common sense (also, no active participation in hate groups like the KKK). Do not go onto Facebook and spew anti-Obama or anti-Trump venom, because that kind of flaming can get you into trouble. I'm not even talking about advocating violence or assassination.
