On my Mom's side my Grandmother is full blooded Seneca Indian and my GrandDad is half Seneca half German.
On my Dads side my Grandmother is half Hispanic and half German and my GrandDad is full German.
I have never nor any of my family ever applied nor received a fucking thing from the Government because of our blood line.
I went to college on the GI bill after Vietnam. I earned it it wasnt a give me thing.
Not all Native Americans are on welfare/food stamps friend. The majority work just like you do.

There are thousands of white people all over the south today with Cherokee blood in their veins. I'm wondering if they are qualified for government benefits and reservation privileges.

I will wager you that at least ninety percent of those Indians living on the reservations have white blood in their veins. It's time to dismantle these reservations and allow the residents to access individual private property rights.

Anytime you single out a culture/race or specific identity for benefits or special treatment your just pissing in the wind.
I have more Native American in me than many on the reservations. Difference between myself and them is simple. I have pride and worked all my life. Put my kids through college without any help from anybody. Built my businesses without any help from anybody.
You get a handout....... whoever just handed to you owns your ass.

With the exception of William Henry Harrison, all presidents beginning with George Washington in 1789 have issued orders that in general terms can be described as executive orders. Initially they took no set form. Consequently, such orders varied as to form and substance.[10] The most famous executive order was by President Abraham Lincoln when he issued the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863. Political scientist Brian R. Dirck states:

The Emancipation Proclamation was an executive order, itself a rather unusual thing in those days. Executive orders are simply presidential directives issued to agents of the executive department by its boss.[11]

Until the early 1900s, executive orders went mostly unannounced and undocumented, seen only by the agencies to which they were directed. This changed when the Department of State instituted a numbering scheme in 1907, starting with an order issued on October 20, 1862, by President Abraham Lincoln. The documents that later came to be known as "executive orders" apparently gained their name from this document, captioned "Executive Order Establishing a Provisional Court in Louisiana."[6]

The demise of the American Indian population was due to the Treaty policies that created the "reservation". The reservation served only to keep the Indian oppressed. The result is that they lacked good health care and education. They represent only 2% of the population, and only 42% of them are still ethnically pure American, or Alaskan native. The other 52% are of mixed race. They suffer from diabetes, and alcoholism at a higher percentage than the rest of Americans.

The Native American Indian was not allowed to assimilate due to prejudice and post Indian war bitternesses. I have zero problem with Tribal casinos that have provided a pathway out of the imposed poverty of the reservation- I do have a problem with special tax considerations. They are not neccesary and allow for political corruption and an unfair advantage. Over corrections are never a good idea to the health of a society.
