Someone texts me with threats, then shows up at my house, continues to make threats, and then acts like he's going to harm me; HELL YEAH I'm going to shoot his ass.

Hypocrit much? You know for a fact that the .45 ACP has FAR more kinetic energy than the faggy little .40.
Thats why you carry the big boy.
The significantly higher capacity of the .40 is more than made up for by the stopping power of the .45

Three characters involved:
shooter: Hobbs
antagonist: Salsman
antagonist biatch: Stubbs

Short story, the way I read this:
Antagonists have kids that Hobb's wife doesn't want her kids to associate with.
Antagonists kids steal her kid's chalk and she goes over to get it.
Antagonists then get pissed off and verbally assault Hobbs. Hobbs stands his ground.
Antagonists then try to physically assault Hobbs and he empties 12 into them.

Status:
Hobbs in jail for murder of the biatch, will probably get off in self-defense against her BF.

What Hobbs should have done:
Stop shooting after putting 2 in the BF. If the biatch then came after him, one in her ass.

why do you limit civilians in the number of rounds that they fire in self defense, but if a cop empties two magazines in to a perp, he's a hero????
