One of Jimmy Carter's wet dreams....all I know is that they blow about 100 billion dollars a year.....cheaper to give each state 1 billion
and let them care for their own school curriculum......
 
Because the federal govt knows what's best for your child. One universal federal test for the plebs.

Nevermind that in some states knowledge of X maybe more important than knowledge of Y.

Only the ones that claim social morals for free and not the ones who claim capital morals for a price since those ones are more consistent and I can ameliorate Any bad attitude, with nice girls of capital based morals, but not free chics of social morals for free.
