SAN DIEGO (Reuters) - The U.S. judge overseeing a lawsuit against President-elect Donald Trump and his Trump University told both sides they would be wise to settle the case "given all else that's involved."
 
Oh hell guys and gals......... Settling a lawsuit is a business decision and has absolutely nothing to do with guilt.
If you fall down the rabbit hole of exchanging "thoughts" on crooks in Washington DC your gonna need about 4-5 extra keyboards man....cuz you'll wear 'em out.

Just like? Do you comprehend the rule of law within this republic? There is a vast difference in settling a CIVIL claim...and being investigated for the possible crime of TREASON. Why do you assume the system of US jurisprudence makes a difference between civil liabilities and criminal liabilities? Think about it. Clinton was never "Charged" with any crime, might alone indicted....but the investigation continues....why do you suppose that might be? Crimes against the STATE such as Clinton is being investigated....requires Guilt be proven beyond doubt (even if that doubt is feigned by a white washed friendly DOJ).....a civil suit simply attempts to make the damaged party WHOLE as to the damages charged by a private individual or individuals. In one circumstance its the PEOPLE i.e., the STATE that prosecutes the crime...while in a civil case charges are brought by and prosecuted by professional private lawyers....where there is no requirement of prison or jail time...they are by majority SETTLED before a jury trial is required..when the person who brought the case to court is professed to have been made whole.
