I help build condos in big cities retard.
FYI there are condos in rural areas too.
They are a poor investment.
As I said you are living beyond your means when you choose to live in one.
Wealthy people don't pay excess fees for no gain.
Nothing wrong with that though,
we need a renting class and a semi-owning class as well but like most financial slaves you chose this.

If you did you could go back to your desk for a few hours to pay for your property maintainence if you truly are incapable.

I worked too hard when my kids were little. Yes now I/we have more security as a result but I missed so much of their younger lives and it is gone never to return.
The Cat Stevens song says it so well.

So condos are cheaper than single family homes but I live beyond my means owning one? My monthly nut as an owner is cheaper than if I were a renter and I'm stupid for doing so?

I couldn't afford a home when I bought so no I wouldn't have. I was traveling a lot when I bought. I was single with no kids. A condo was the perfect purchase for me

As a side note, there are thousands and thousands of liberal condo owners in SF and NY. Since liberals are supposed to be smarter than conservatives why do so many liberals choose to make themselves slaves?

If I'm a slave to booze how come I drink so little? Shouldn't I at least get enjoyment out of it?
