I never said ALL blacks are mentally inferior. But ON AVERAGE blacks are dumber than whites and the evidence is overwhelming. But of course there are some smart blacks. Just like how men are on average taller than women but still there are some very tall women out there.

The entire nation is built around white interests. What you are talking about is whites ignoring the interests of anyone else, and the nation as a whole, to enforce their supremacy. Riots are the natural result of that, as the people you have disfeanchised and treated as if they weren't truly American lash out.
