California, Nevada, Massachusetts and probably Maine legalized. Florida, ND, Montana and Arkansas passed medical.

Legalization in California is going to create a massive market. It will quickly fund legalization movements in other states.

Medical passed in Florida with 71%. With those kind of numbers and plenty of money we might as well go for full legalization in 2018.

Fuck Arizona, Adelson and Sembler!

Until the anti-marijuana Fed comes in and shuts that down. The FBI will be arresting individual uses and prosecuting them, possession still a federal crime, the Obama Administration just hasn't enforced it.

I think the economics are going to make legalization more pressing on state legislatures.

In my area, after Colorado, prices for dro dropped from $20/g to $10/g. The consistent quality and availability improved too. Now that it's legal in Cali we might see that sort of drop again.

With so many of the cities already passing decrim it's really pointless for the states to continue fighting against the cheap and abundant weed that is going to flood the market. They should receive pressure from businesses and farmers that are not being allowed to participate. Most importantly, there is no chance this won't improve California's budget problems.

Trump is anti-pot! His Administration could shut it down, possession is a federal crime.

Now you sound like super.....(what the hell was his name? ...taking my own advice).

The feds don't have the manpower. They need state police forces to effectively fight the drug war.

I'll be a little alarmed if he appoints Rudy or Christie as AG - but they'd still be dumb to focus on it.

At heart, I think Trump is about business & money. Can't see him trying to reign in something that is so obviously helping state budgets.

I heard on the news the other night that 28% of the people who had been prescribed medical marijuana in Michigan had prescriptions from the same doctor......

I suspect that Trump would treat this like any other economic issue. It's really stupid for FedCo to ban it, causing so much of it's production to go offshore and the rest to be nontaxable.

Yeah, you want to talk about a giant sucking sound.

If the price of dro drops as it should it is going to make the dirtweed from Mexico unprofitable.

He can also read tea leaves. Over 65 million people will now live in areas where pot is legal. He's not going to go against states rights.

I hope you are right, but its not what he said in the campaign.

Amen to that bro.

And speaking of Arizona, FUCK ARPAIO

It just means high quality weed. More of it is grown in the US & Canada than the lower grade dirtweed.

I'm just waiting for it to be legal here in NC. We do grow (so I'm told) some of the best tobacco in the world. Along with exporting cancer across the globe I'd like to see some tax revenue here to keep the world's potheads stoned...
