Is it safe to say there's at least a mini-rebellion against the democrats in the black community? I don't recall such rhetoric from black leaders in past elections. Is it fringe or tip of the iceberg stuff?

Yes, it's when it's infowars. Same as I do when it's media matters, raw story, think progress etc.

If one wants to talk about The Republican Party increasing black voters we shouldn't have to go to a conspiracy laden site to do so
