There appears to be some uprising among selected Democrats Pledged to represent their States' Electoral college ..

The Disgust of Hillary Clinton's Criminality and Contempt for the American People .. has led some to threaten to 'vote their coincidence'

As you probably Know .. you aren't voting For President ; You Are voting for Electoral college Votes that Equal or Exceed Half the Total by 1 Vote ..

This equals 270 .. BUT .. There may be Problems for Clinton .. Even if she were to 'win' the vote ..

Because many States don't have any Forceful Means of Making the selected Electors Actually Vote Their Party ..

In some states there are Small Fines imposed .. in some States there is no Penalty .. in South Carolina , there are criminal charges for not voting your Party on this Ballot ..

hiLLary Clintons' headed for trouble if her threshold is not WAY above 270 .. as it appears a groundswell of disapproval is growing among their ranks ..

I do have to laugh at those who thought it bizarre that the referendum vote was discretionary but that nothing compared to the lunacy of the electoral college. What a crazy system, how can anybody justify it?

The last thing we need is a faithless elector actually influencing the outcome of an election. It's one thing when a guy symbolically votes for Reagan, instead of Ford (WA in 1976), but quite different if it keeps a potential winner beneath 270 votes.

Bernie Sanders People Know this also .. A Single Party Totalitarian State Led by the Clinton Band of Plutocrats .. will not only stamp out influence of republicanism ..

But it also would have no place for the Bernie Ideals .. There is commonality is that Both sides are under existential threat ..

the only way this happens is if clinton gets more than 271 or below 269 if the count was exactly 270 there is no way this guy does this.

i like it because it is potentially a way to add additional states/territories to the union. In a lot of sci fi games japan is part of the US. (or whatever its named in their scenario) who knows :)

Nope, it would still be a catastrophe. If Douchebag Donald is going to be denied the election by the EC, I want it to be because he loses Utah to McMullin, and then is defeated in the House. Not because of some crooked elector.

I know of no enforceable U.S. law that obligates electoral college electors to follow through on the candidate the ec commits them to.

Some Sanders voters might prefer to contribute to President Clinton's presidency than to sit idly by and allow President Trump to take office. Ask them.
