I'm actually excited about election night

I am sitting on my couch right now watching the news and I don't know what happened but I just got really excited about the anticipated election coverage coming on election night. I don't know if it's because it's my first real election that i've paid attention to and have been a part of or if it's just months and months of talk and coverage finally coming to an end in just a couple of days, but i'm actually excited to watch the coverage.

This has been .. far and away .. the most enjoyable election season i've ever witnessed ..

Finally we have one of Our Guys in the Race (for me anyway) :)

It's been years of a grinding Slow economy ..

I'm so ready .. i hope my guy wins !!!

I think he will ..

I'm not really that excited about the outcome but for me i'm just really interested in seeing what it's going to be like watching the polls close state by state.

An Intelligent Winner .. Somebody who Earned his way rather than selling out America .

Democrats and Republicans in Washington are always willing to Sell Principal for Lobbyist Dollars ..

Especially the Clinton's .. But the Republican 'elite' is also guilty of Overlooking Americans for Special Interests ..

This time .. we have a Real Choice .. Someone who won't be Bought and Paid for by Corporate Interests ..

congrats. you've officially got the Political Bug. Now keep it going after the election. stay informed.
If a subject interests you -google it and read some articles.
The more you learn the more you have a knowledge base to test out what you read for veracity.

Who knows where that will take you? it's really satisfying to be self-informed. You could even get into politics one day!

He "earned" his way? He's the proverbial guy who was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple.

for me the primary goal always has been to destroy the plutocrats.
Politicians ( and yes the Clinton's more then most) don't answer to the people -only the special interests.
They bought and sold us.

The only way to break that stranglehold is to put non-politicians in power ( and watch the establishment squirm!)

He did get a good start .. i will agree ..

However .. although i am quite poor .. i don't begrudge anothers' good fortune or wealth ..

He got a head start with 1 Million dollars .. and turned that into a 10 billion dollar Empire ..

A Billion is 1,000 Millions .. so he has i guess .. 10,000 Million dollars worth of Wealth ..

I would say that he's earned 9,999 Million of that on his own ..

Not Bad ..

I would Like THIS Guy to Run the Country ..

Maybe He could Make America Rich ?

It was more than one million, in total it was $14 million. And I like a guy who doesn't lose close to a billion dollars because of his bad decisions.

Glad you're looking forward to it. I find election coverage painful. TALKING heads talking for hours I can't do.
I watch the totals and leave it at that.

I'm always excited for election day. It's like the World Series of politics, except that Toronto can't participate in it. Occasionally, you're going to get some shit show match-up, like White Sox vs Nationals. :cof1:

Most of the world is in terror of a win for that spoilt, bloated slob with his insane notions. If he wins, it may well be your last!
