I don't know what the right way to handle this would be but I don't think cancelling their season is the right way. I actually think it will create resentment towards the girls soccer team in a way. I think the best way to handle it would have been through the coaches and maybe having the men's team apologize to each girl and show their support for them by going to their games whenever possible and cheering them on.

Forcing someone to apologize is bullshit. No, these guys went way overboard with the sexually explicit remarks. Too many male college athletes are sexual perverts, the women's teams all know this and it's a huge reason why so many female athletes turn lesbian.

The difference between American and UK universities is we don't have sport scholarships. Over here you can only attend uni if you have the academic grades.
