Trump is dangerously naive on military

First, let's start w/ how stupid it was for him to post that the attack on Mosul was "turning out to be a total disaster." Providing comfort to ISIS, and completely, 100% wrong. Mosul has gotten off to a great start, and ISIS is losing.

Beyond that, his whole take that everything should be "unpredictable" and that all operations like this one should be "surprise attacks" is silly nonsense that seems to take its cues from old-time war movies. They forecast this attack ON PURPOSE. They wanted to get as many civilians as possible out, and also push for as many defections from ISIS as possible. And it's working.

This guy is such an idiot, on so many levels. It's impossible to imagine that someone so dangerously naive & ignorant could be elected next week.

because the person who would like to work with the other major army in syria (russia) is just crazy. At this point I dont think a majority of americans care if assad stays in power or not.

why are we liberating Mosul in the first place? Because Obama called them"JV"and let them occupy Iraqi cities without challenge.

All that air power and he didn't use it on open convoys in the desert.

Obama isn't running for President. And I strongly disagree that the action is necessary because Obama called them "JV" one day.

It is patiently obvious to all except the most partisan that Obama and Ma Clinton allowed Daesh to come into existence.

Oh...you actually found a guy?

Let's have your opinion, Tom, given what was detailed in the OP. Do you think a guy who thinks military strategy boils down to John Wayne inspired "surprise attacks" will make the world safer?

You were more-than-likely overdosed on cookie-dough, at the time.....

As the article says Trump will get good people around to advise him.

I guess you would claim that Bill Clinton, the draft dodger, and Obama were undiscovered military geniuses.....

in a sense, Clinton was a military genius. As evidenced by his propensity to bomb media outlets to quash negative reporting during kosovo. it taught us that this is a viable option should we decide to rebel.

Classic bravo post. Can't address ANYTHING stated in the OP. Instead....Bill Clinton!

Can always count on you, bravs.

Kinda like when we all talk about Hillary in an op....what do we get in return...Trump, pussy, Trump, bankrupt, Trump Putin.
Well, you reap what you sow....

besides, my post is certainly on the threat subject....the military naiveté of presidents, paste present and future, acting on their own....
but ignore my post, as you usually do, rather than respond to my point.

Done.
