Election Could be Like 1980

You guys are giddy, maybe you are right.

Who knows. I am holding on to my prediction until I see some polling from the weekend.

Evan McMullin was saying on Fox that the election will either be a Crooked Hillary landslide or a close race. There's no possibility of a Douchebag Donald landslide, although, the close election scenario seems to be prevailing from the latest polling.

Electorally, the GOP has just lost too much ground. I agree that only Hillary could have actually pulled off a landslide, but also agree that it will be close now.

I can't believe Trump could actually be our President. That's a real nadir for America. I don't care what people think of Hillary. Trump would be lowering the bar beyond comprehension.

Personally I think we'll see a Democrat victory bigger than in 2008.

Unlikely. The FBI news on Friday was the absolute worst bombshell that could have dropped for Hillary, and barring something else coming out about Trump, it will dominate this last week of coverage.

Outside of core support, no one was dug in for Hillary - a lot of reluctant anti-Trumpers. Now, many might just say, well, what the hell - let's go against the status quo & see what happens.

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.....COULD be!!!!

How ominous!!!

"What the hell" is what you say before you choose between the Fajita plate and the tacos al carbon for dinner at the local Mexican restaurant.

I think with something as important as this election, a few might change their mind, but overall, people's disgust with Trump runs deep.

Remember, his unfavorable numbers are through the roof.

Well, I hope you're right. People threaten it all the time w/ elections, but I really might leave the country if he's President. It will be my "enough!" moment.

Hmmmmm, in two weeks, Trump has gone from "zero chance" to maybe he can win a close election.

It is clear he has the momentum. Can it change before next Tuesday? Probably. If Clinton has another shoe to drop on Trump she best use it now and not wait until Saturday.

It wasn't a bombshell to those already committed.

When looking at the data for Saturday and Sunday only, her lead remained the same — 47 percent to Trump's 41 percent.
