That was one long article....it was like reading the same paragraph again and again...plenty of accusations, complaining and whining, over and over....
The bottom line was neither Trump nor any of his employees were arrested or charged with anything...that I saw, unless I missed something.
The article was a conglomeration of bullshit that was borderline gibberish....complaints and innuendo and accusations galore....

No PRIVATE businesses have an obligation to keep employee or company emails, nor do they have to preserve any other business documents unless they would be pertinent to IRS filings....

Are you seriously trying to compare that article as being similar to what Hillary is being investigated for....where she was obligated to preserve all her State Dept.
related material, which would have been done automatically if she followed protocol and used the gov. system that was readily available to her and free...

She was also obligated to not destroy emails already under subpoena by the government...
She also had the obligation to KNOW and RECOGNIZE classified, secret and top secret information when she see it, whether it was marked or unmarked....

the issues are totally different, no similarity between them at all.....

This post is something that I would expect from Christiefan who loves to throw shit on the wall hoping something will stick...

Cheney wasn't charged when he outed a CIA agent. I wonder why there were no investigations?

When you are charged with a violation of the fair housing act, and you shred all pertinent evidence that supports the charge, if you don't think that's illegal, you're entitled.
The issue is that Trump is attempting to make hay by falsely claiming that Clinton did what he did.

At least he was not accused of nooky hunting in this round of accusations and attacks void of any kind of objective, testable evidences of record.

One year, not one year and a day where the sentence could have be suspended but one year that must be served in totality. Obviously there was no INTENT to spy or reveal national secrets...he was simply proud of where he was serving...but, the Hildabeast skates because she feigned ignorance while our service individuals are held to a DOUBLE STANDARD.

On December 7, 2006, the George W. Bush administration's Department of Justice ordered the unprecedented[1] midterm dismissal of seven United States Attorneys. Congressional investigations focused on whether the Department of Justice and the White House were using the U.S. Attorney positions for political advantage. Allegations were that some of the attorneys were targeted for dismissal to impede investigations of Republican politicians or that some were targeted for their failure to initiate investigations that would damage Democratic politicians or hamper Democratic-leaning voters.[2][3] The U.S. attorneys were replaced with interim appointees, under provisions in the 2005 USA PATRIOT Act reauthorization.[4][5][6] [7][8]
A subsequent report by the Justice Department Inspector General in October 2008 found that the process used to fire the first seven attorneys and two others dismissed around the same time was "arbitrary", "fundamentally flawed", and "raised doubts about the integrity of Department prosecution decisions".[9] In July 2010, the Department of Justice prosecutors closed the two-year investigation without filing charges after determining that the firing was inappropriately political, but not criminal, saying "Evidence did not demonstrate that any prosecutable criminal offense was committed with regard to the removal of David Iglesias. The investigative team also determined that the evidence did not warrant expanding the scope of the investigation beyond the removal of Iglesias."[10]
