Newsweek Chronicles Trump's History Of Destroying Evidence

Over the course of decades, Donald Trump’s companies have systematically destroyed or hidden thousands of emails, digital records and paper documents demanded in official proceedings, often in defiance of court orders. These tactics—exposed by a Newsweek review of thousands of pages of court filings, judicial orders and affidavits from an array of court cases—have enraged judges, prosecutors, opposing lawyers and the many ordinary citizens entangled in litigation with Trump. In each instance, Trump and entities he controlled also erected numerous hurdles that made lawsuits drag on for years, forcing courtroom opponents to spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records.

et when the government filed its standard discovery requests, the Trumps reacted as though seeking that information was outrageous. They argued in court that prosecutors had no case and wanted to riffle through corporate files on a fishing expedition. Once again, this led to more delays, more replies, more hearings...and another specious argument thrown out of court.

Six months after the original filing, the case was nowhere because the Trumps had repeatedly ignored the deadlines to produce records and answers to questions, known as interrogatories. When a government attorney finally telephoned a Trump lawyer to find out why, he was told the Trumps had not even begun preparing their answers and had no plans to do so. The Trumps also postponed and blocked depositions, refused to provide a description of their records, as required, and would not turn over any documents.

The issue is the irony. Comey is curled up in the fetal position right now, waiting for the axe to fall.

Trump, as per usual, flaps his gums about some fictional crime Clinton has committed, when his skeletons are stacked in his own closet.

Comey was put in this position..It was shitty "dirty tricks" in July ( Lynch/Clinton meeting -and dumping in his lap instead of an assistant AG).
and he's in between a rock and a hard place whatever he does now.

I'd blame Weiner,and maybe the NY FBI guys who found the Email in early Oct.

Right....TRUMP is the one that worked under the seal of the United States of America in an appointed position as Sec. of State and is accused of using that public position of trust to enrich his personal life and Trump is the one under not 1 but 2 FBI probes. Same thing....if you spin hard enough. At least its not "PUSSY" that being talked about this week after a month of pussy attacks. LMAO

The difference? Trumps e-mails belonged TO TRUMP.....Hildabeast's e-mail belong to THE PEOPLE, not to her..they were not her property to destroy. Yep, Obmay's administration is the most transparent administration in history. :)

Well....in this case, Huma is collateral damage due to Weiner. ( I still cannot believe he's such a screw up)

You have to question the FBI co workers of Comey who have been sitting on this since Oct. 3. Why haven't they been looking for a warrant to view the emails that 'might' be there? Could be they're the real partisan hacks, and they chose to bring this out now?

It's going to be much ado about nothing. Nobody seems to care about this besides Trump supporters. I will say that it could incite some who wouldn't bother to vote for Trump, to come to the polls.

But, the anger over the incompetent letter Comey sent, could bring out Clinton voters who were going to sit it out.

This will be an interesting week.

Nobody KNOWS anything and its driving the democrat criminals and their apologists bat shit crazy. The truth? Nothing will be revealed before the election...but the accusation alone is already beginning to move the court of public opinion in the wrong direction, the tracking polls have moved from a 12% lead to within the margin of error....THUS YOUR PERSONAL AD HOMINEM BS SPIN.

No worries mate....the Hildabeast has this thing locked up. :) The obvious "fear" from the left is the possibility that out of the 650K emails.....those 15 to 30 K "dumped and cleaned" communications burnt by the Hildabeast...might have been backed up on Huma's smart phone and then transferred to her laptop. Only time will tell....but just as observed....the BS SPINNING CAN GO BOTH WAYS....its a bi-sexual bitch. And the "ONLY" objective facts in evidence are focused on but one thing....the facts of this case are....THE FBI is sitting atop something that "might" be damning to the Clinton Machine. That's a generalization that doesn't necessarily pass muster. Trump is one of the most destructive people we've ever seen. He leaves a wake of disaster wherever he goes, and he profits from it.

If you want to examine the bulk of Clinton's work, especially with respect to the charity....go ahead. Thus far, you've complained about the quality of trailers that were sent to Haiti.

Weiner was an outstanding Representative, who let his sexual perversions not only cost him his career, but it might cost him his freedom. I don't know why he just didn't seek psychiatric help?

One year, not one year and a day where the sentence could have be suspended but one year that must be served in totality. Obviously there was no INTENT to spy or reveal national secrets...he was simply proud of where he was serving...but, the Hildabeast skates because she feigned ignorance while our service individuals are held to a DOUBLE STANDARD.

ITs not like the sailor attempted to lie about the incident....or burn the 6 photos in his possession and claim that EVERYTHING has been given to you, I kept a detailed record on my PC....hoops! It seems that it has accidentally been professionally cleansed (that is everything in the original server...but apparently not on the the IPHONE that was being used to back up some information....and you should give those personal items back to me so I can be transparent.....THIS TIME. Laugh My Ass Off....or I would if the hypocrisy and left wing double standard was not so detailed, documented and obvious.
