A modest proposal

[FUCK THE POLICE]

I propose that we spit the US into "civilized" and "uncivilized" areas. I.e. civilized, urban areas where people don't walk around like barbaric hicks, are literate and can write, and uncivilized areas where people pick up horse shit and do stuff with tractors and vote for Trump. The civilized areas should all be assigned a part of the uncivilized area to govern, until that area becomes civilized, after which it can be welcomed back into the United States.
