Millenials aren't big spenders. That used to be a virtue in this country to be frugal and smart with your money. I guess not anymore

I spend, I'm just smart about it. Like why do I need a land line phone these days? Why do I need to spend stupid cable company prices when I get fiber-optic internet through my electric company, and just use Hulu and Netflix for entertainment?

Speaking of property, when your property taxes go up, do you pass that off to your renters or do you let your profit go down?
