wut. no. the only thing that really holds them together is the us wants to weaken both of them.
they have extensive ties. They have conflicts too -but Putin is looking more and more to China as economic partners, as well as military.
Generally Putin uses hard power around the world, and China uses soft -and the 2 of them together are very effective

I can testify to that, certainly Czechoslovakia as I was there on business when it happened. I used to go to Eastern Europe a lot in the 90s, was a fascinating time to see those countries opening up to the world again.

True, that is kinda how I feel about the clinton vs trump deal..:dunno:

there is a lot of that going around.. I look at it this way. The republic has survived incompetence before.
However I am a bit concerned that we are not taking our democracy seriously - and the gridlock really is hurting us.
