Donald Trump is facing allegations that he raped a 13-year-old at a party in 1994, and according to the plaintiff's attorney, he will be forced to respond in court under oath this winter, BuzzFeed News reports.

This is the third time a complaint has been filed by "Jane Doe" in a New York civil court over accusations that Trump raped her at a party held by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. "This case, based on the sworn declarations of the victim and two corroborating witnesses, will be tried in court, where the defendants will be required to answer questions under oath and pursuant to the rules of evidence," the plaintiff's attorney, Cheney Mason, said in a statement. BuzzFeed News notes that Mason is "best known as the defense attorney for Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted on charges of killing her 2-year-old daughter in 2008." The initial hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16 of this year.

One of the witnesses, "Tiffany Doe," said in her affidavit that she was hired by Epstein to lure teens to his party and that she witnessed Trump and Epstein rape the plaintiff.

Trump has denied all allegations. "I would say the same thing I've said a million times. The allegations are reckless, irresponsible, and categorically untrue," Trump's attorney, Alan Garten, told BuzzFeed News. Jeva Lange

If he is innocent I am sure our fair justice system & his billions & army of attorneys will see that justice is done........

Yes well I am sure that would want to see Billy Bob facing trial for having sex with under age girls on the Lolita Express. I am also sure that you would want Ma Clinton to be subpoenaed to appear as a hostile witness.

actually I think it would take second place to Hillary's impeachment.......there are more facts to support that case than a case against Trump for child molestation.....
