Bro, I have pregnant wife due in two weeks and a home that is flooded and we are living in a hotel. I worked ten hours yesterday and then attended a two hour meeting held by my church on racial reconciliation. I'm on this board almost everyday, I'll respond.

By any objective measure Obama has been a significant U.S. President who for much of his Presidency was handicapped by the disastrous consequences of his predecessors policies (Iraq, cutting taxes in war time, the worst economic recession since the great depression, etc.) and by a obstructionist GOP lead congress.
Obama has not been without his faults and his failures but the fact that he lead this nation out of the Bush recession, ended the immoral war in Iraq, found and killed OBL, the APPACA, etc, marks him significantly as an above average U.S. President where as his predecessor, George W. Bush is widely panned by objective historians, political scientist and foreign policy experts as one of the most inept U.S. Presidents in our nations history. You can't win that fight.

Thank you sir! Picture fell off the bathroom room, sliced the pipe behind the toilet and water started gushing. Took an hour to turn off. I'm on the ground floor off my condo and it flooded into the basement. I'm lucky I'm not higher up or it could have been a lot worse. Our neighbor's unit and the hallway all good flooded as well. My building was built in 1964 so of course it had asbestos. Sh*t show all around.

Holy Shit! Makes me glad my condo is of modern construction. I've been through the "How to shut the water off" drill with the misses as our laundry room is on the third floor of our condo and that sort of water damage would be catastrophic. Many I hope this was covered by your insurer.
