Should we prosecute Hillary?

If the union were to dissolve, those red states who got more from the fed than they give would suffer badly!

Wrong; they would THRIVE. But I am amused when leftist dolts claim that without Federal aid, society would collapse. It is a funny, yet an incredibly stupid argument.

Perjury? Really?

well, yes counselor......isn't that what you call stating something which is not true under oath?......certainly you are familiar with the concept.......the fact that they have not yet done so does not give evidence she has not committed perjury.......if you want evidence look to what the investigators found......Comey specifically stated to congress that what Hillary told them was not true on six key statements.......doesn't that really sound like perjury to you?......

Like Nixon and W?

as I recall Nixon was removed from office and had to be pardoned to avoid it........and if you had some evidence showing a crime on Bush's part I'm sure you would have been able to produce it sometime in the last eight years....

If it's perjury, charge her... don't wait. The people should know before the election. The Republicans won't have a majority after the election.

" What separates functioning democracies from weak or failed ones is that political parties alternate in power without jailing the opponents they beat in elections. That sometimes means giving a pass to potentially criminal conduct, but that’s a worthwhile sacrifice for making republican government work."

This is a very interesting quote I want to discuss with everyone. Basically it says that no matter what your predecessor does in office you are not supposed to bring suit to it as it threatens our republic. What does everyone think?

No matter what?

What predecessor?

After Trump is sworn in, he should appoint an INDEPENDENT prosecutor to re-open the Hillary e-mail scandal and if criminal acts have been uncovered, which they will indeed show have been committed, yes, she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and if Obama's AG and his Administration are found to have been culpable in covering up the evidence and investigation, send their asses to prison as well.

The corruption and lack of transparency by this President and his appointed cronies has been an outrage and offensive to those who believe in the rule of law. Clinton meeting the AG on the tarmac of an airport while the FBI investigated, OUTRAGE.

Hopefully, after the spineless wonders like Paul Ryan have been kicked out of the Congress, there will be the political will to clean house.

You won't have to worry about any of that.

Correct; and yes, there is MORE than enough evidence that not only was Hillary lying about her server and trying to cover it up, but the Obama Administration as well. The whole lot should be in jail if only for the IRS scandal where Conservative groups were targeted.

These partisan corrupt political apparatchiks actually believe they can create law and exempt themselves from it.

There is? Because you say so, right?

bush lied us to war and purposefully crashed the world economy

lets go back and charge him

yes if he did do any of these things and there is a corresponding crme to it he should be charged. Institutionalizing corruption in the name of not being a "banana republic" seems to be what the times is advocating.
