That's where his bogus foundation is registered. He's never had any permits necessary to accept donations. Of course,it's never been a real charity anyway. He can still hand out money...which he only does to himself anyway.

I assume that this is just another politician using his office in an attempt to thwart a political foe. Like Bridgegate.
