In Ferguson, even when it was proven that Michael Brown didn't have his hands up, those that rioted/looted because they wanted to believe it occurred that way continued to riot/loot after the facts were shown. When they had it in their minds what they WANTED to believe, what they needed to believe about the truth didn't matter.

One does not have to be white to look at the data and see where the problems lie. 75% bastard birth rate. Average IQ lower than all other groups. Unemployment higher than all other groups. Crime rate significantly highly disproportional. Use of social welfare on a higher proportional level than any other group. Lower educational level.

It's amusing to see people deny problems exist when the evidence is so overwhelming. That sad part is the black community and those that refuse to acknowledge the data regularly blame white people for the cause of the problems when it stems from the blacks themselves.

Troll's answer is typical of the mindset of many blacks and the bleeding hearts that want to blame the problems within the black community on someone or something else other than those in the black community causing it or enabling it to happen.

There are jobs out there now, they simply prefer working on their backs on their couch eating free Cheetos, that is not just a black problem either. Also it's easier for the Fathers in their communities to run along after father hood because uncle Sammy will foot the bill!

That's a bit of a caricature but there's definitely some truth in it.

Generational poverty crosses racial boundaries and the government makes poverty sustainable via food stamps and other forms of welfare. It's the downside to the safety net philosophy.
