yup. exactly. Its why people will put up with so much more stuff like rationing while at war. Historically its usually the side which puts up with more stuff like this that wins too.

No amount of fair trials and leftist sympathy is going to do this terrorist any good. I fully support his civil liberties being observed.
 
Why are you asking? Are you under the assumption he is not?

I know the FBI/LE uses an emergency function to question a terrorist suspect right away for safety issue. IE Is there more bombs planted somewhere. Before miranda warnings, etc. Which is perfectly fine in my book.

Is he not being treated in a hospital? Do you have a link?
