My guess is the GOP will return back to a traditional Conservative position similar to Reagan/ Nixon/ Eisenhower. The Cruz, Palin, Walker, Tea Party freak show goes the way of the Know Nothing Party of the 1850’s, and the John Birch Society of the 1950 – 60’’s.
