I will cut her a little slack and assume she intended to say no longer contagious.
But if she isn't any smarter than that I wonDer if she is a veternarian.

It's not pneumonia. I think she is prone to chest infections due to Parkinsons. One interesting twisted communication piece her Dr. released was stated oddly. "she has had no new condition in the past two years". What was the old condition prior??!

Well pneumonia is a bronchial infection. So it's always a threat with parkinsons.
