The parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods stood up to Hillary. They filed a suit on August 9.

USA Today reported:

The lawsuit contends that “the deaths of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods were directly and proximately caused by the negligent and reckless actions” of Clinton, who was secretary of State at the time.

They also sued for “defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress,”

After the Benghazi attack, Hillary Clinton went on TV and blamed the attack on a YouTube video. She told the parents of the Benghazi dead the same thing.

Then, Hillary claimed she was misunderstood.

And now, Hillary hasn’t responded to the lawsuit. Unlawful.

Under the rules of the court, Hillary had 30 days to respond. That was up September 9.

The attorney for Pat Smith and Charles Woods has filed an affidavit in federal court asking for a federal judge to enter a default judgment against Hillary Clinton after she failed to respond to a lawsuit they filed in United States District Court in D.C. in August.

A default judgment means Pat Smith and Charles Woods will get what they deserve: Justice!

Will the court give the judgment to these distraught parents? Will the arrogance of Hillary be punished? Will her refusal to respond be censured? Will the court do the right thing?

to set aside the default they'll need to prove 1) a valid excuse for not responding and 2) that the outcome would be different......she now has the burden of proof instead of the plaintiffs......seriously amateur move.......she must have hired Jarod.....

"...I won’t try to predict how this one will play out in court. What I can tell you, however, is that there have been nine investigations into the Benghazi attacks, and not a single one found any evidence of wrongdoing by Clinton—and that includes the one led by Rep. Trey Gowdy that lasted more than two years and cost an estimated $7 million. Meanwhile, while Comey granted last month that it was “possible that hostile actors gained access” to Clinton’s email, he said that his team of investigators found no direct evidence of any such hack. The plaintiffs, then, are claiming that it was “highly probable” that the attackers gained information from Clinton’s email despite the fact that House Republicans were unable to prove any such thing despite the massive amount of time, energy, and money they spent looking into Benghazi and Clinton. When it comes to [the plaintiffs'] their lawyer, Larry Klayman, however, it’s far easier to see clear-cut political motivation. Klayman, the founder of the conservative watchdog group Freedom Watch, has a history of using outlandish claims as politically themed publicity stunts. Writing in Slate nearly two decades ago, Jacob Weisberg described Klayman as “one of the fringe characters who has sprouted in the moist ground of the Clinton scandals as mushrooms do after a spring rain.” In the years since, he hasn’t exactly come in from the rain. His recent greatest hits include accusing the Clintons of orchestrating the murders of several White House associates in the 1990s and filing a birther-themed “deportation petition” against President Obama. It’s no surprise, then, that Klayman is the one behind a lawsuit that pits the grieving parents against the Democratic nominee—in court and in the press—less than three months from Election Day."

You're thinking like a lawyer not a politician. If she responded, it would have to be covered by the mainstream news, so one more scandal to muck up her campaign. As it is they can just ignore it- which ups her chances of winning.

If she wins, she'll bring the full force of GovCo against this and quash it. If she loses, she'll demand Trump quash it, and if he refuses, claim that the Trump is being vindictive and turning the US into a banana republic where winning politicians jail their adversaries.

Either way she skates.
