Well surely the answer is for all presidential candidates to have medical examinations conducted by truly independent doctors? Of course, on that basis Roosevelt and Kennedy would have both failed.

I couldn't agree more. Although I don't think that would convince the doubters. Look how they didn't believe that Obama released a genuine birth certificate.
