Do you liberals care that automobile deaths are increasing every year?

They do here in Calif......... You pull that here & tell the cop that is why you were doing it, you would be cited..........

Who would tell a cop they were driving to obstruct, and what cop would pull over someone doing the speed limit in the left hand lane?
Driving the speed limit in the left lane is never against the law no matter how much speeders want it to be.

No, I am not kidding you.. If you are in that lane obstructing the flow of traffic, even if that flow is above the limit(which it always is) you will definitely be pulled over..

I first heard it in traffic school several years ago, but I have also seen it happen & know officers that will not hesitate to pull someone over for it as it is seen as creating an unsafe environment for other drivers..

Driving the speed limit could never be construed as "creating an unsafe environment for other drivers" unless some other activity were exhibited..
If the cop talks about other drivers speeding in his report, he would be admitting that he is not doing his job by not pulling them over and citing them for speeding or tailgating. He would have to tell the judge that a motorist driving legally within the road rules is a hazard and those speeding and tailgating are okay.
No cop would.
If one was willing I would love to have a day in court with him.

I'm not saying that there aren't cops who would pull you over. Some might, but no charge would stick If you are doing the exact speed limit.
I am saying that any judge or magistrate would look at the obstructing traffic charge and if the reported clocked speed was at the posted speed limit, they would throw it out.

It would here, it is the law... It is deemed unsafe.. The class I attended was being taught by a CHP officer..

Did he tell you that he issued citations to motorists driving at the speed limit in the passing lane for obstructing traffic that were upheld in court?
If he did, he lied.

I was cited for driving backwards on a highway. He said I was being a Republikan. I got a slap on the wrist, and a blowjob. But I blew him off for his minister.

Yes............

I have seen it in action.. You could go check the Calif law if you are that interested...

Driving fucking sucks dick in this country. If you aren't getting injured in a serious accident, then you are sitting in traffic or constantly swerving to avoid bad drivers.

We need more public transportation options. If I could take a train, subway, El train, trolly, literally anything other than sitting in traffic, I would.

What a commie, demanding more options & socialized transportation.......
...

I dunno where you live but here in the Sacto area it is bad, but nothing compared to the SF bay area 80 miles away..

Boston, la, Seattle are horrendous where 15-20 commutes take an hour & a half on average... & you best not drink a lot of coffee before you leave home..lol

So you would be supporting taxes or some means to pay for this I assume??
