Now fast forward and as she is hiking the price of Epipen's she is also lobbying Congress where her daddy is a US Senator to pass a bill to INCREASE access to Epipen. Obama signed the bill in 2013 so he apparently was OK with it. They were giving the states "incentives" to increase "access". All great left wing, statist buzzwords for increasing the money the gobblement spends.
