Less government regulation in action

LOL. Yeah, capitalists are savaged. Only if I could be a compassionate caring socialist such as yourself.

Capitalism has brought more people out of poverty than any other economic system. Quite clearly that angers you. I'm sorry.
Not lassiez faire capitalist. Capitalism requires regulation to work or you end up with monopolies and endless boom and bust cycles that destroys more lives except for a very few at the top.

There is no argument that market economies are superior to command economies but unfettered capitalism is just as failed an economic system as communism.

Though it is certainly fair to argue the scope of regulation needed to maintain our economy and balance those needs against other important needs like public health, safety and fairness, but to argue deregulation for deregulation sake is asinine.

Once again, well said Mott.

Are you saying that you have never argued for deregulation, Cwackjob? Legion Grind seems to have evidence to the contrary.

El Oh F'ing El. Deregulation = no regulation?

This is Desh level stupidity. Congrats man. About the level of understanding one who thinks liberals can't be racist and Hillary will win all 50 states would say.

What a crock of bullshit. It's you anti-Keynesian supply siders and your obstructionism that's responsible for the anemic recovery from the economic recession that was caused by deregulation, lack of enforcement and lassiez faire policy that caused the economic collapse. The 2008 recession was prevented from becoming a depression by the time tested and proven method of Keyensian stimulus spending over bitter opposition by right wing supply siders and their fails policies that have never proven any of their predictions. In fact it was their limiting the size of the stimulus and opposition to more stimulus spending responsible for the slow rate of recovery.

In fact most mainstream economists agree on that and will point out that the Europeans austerity measure are the reason why much of Europe still hasn't recovered from the recession and that Keyensian policy is the main reason why our economic recovery has been more robust.

So lay that nonsense on some one else.

Mott, sell that b.s. to the trolls. No, Keynesianism isn't an accepted mainstream idea unless you worship Krugman. In car so won't elaborate at the moment

An electoral sweep is not yet out of the question, look at the current polling trends. And as I have pointed out many times, you misquote me. I never said liberals could never be racists. That is a Quacko lie.
Why is it that every time you lose an argument it instantly becomes a "straw man" even when you yourself bring the subject up?
Even Desh sometimes makes more sensible arguments than you do Quacko.

A bunch of nonsense. Monopolies can only exist when there are significant barriers to market entry, which are most often created by the government.

Who has argued for no regulations?

You have argued for fewer regulations. As has been pointed out, Kansas regulates amusement parks very lightly.

But not lightly enough for you, apparently.

A headless child makes no difference to you, does he?

And they don't have any monopolies, good point.

Sounds like your kind of place.

Prominent Somali telecommunications companies include Golis Telecom Group, Hormuud Telecom, Somafone, Nationlink, Netco, Telcom and Somali Telecom Group. Hormuud Telecom alone grosses about $40 million a year. To dampen competitive pressures, three of these companies signed an interconnectivity deal in 2005 that allows them to set prices...

The USA had little government regulation in the 19th century and plenty of monopolies, didn't it?
