Depends how the drug money was obtained. Let's say the CIA confiscated the drug money used illegally and the CIA could not get money to screw our enemies, the Iranians, because the commies in our govt like Boland were able to pass legislation that prevented us to use legitimate money to fuck up our enemies the Iranians.....which is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED..... then it was IMPERATIVE that Regan, Ollie North, and the other of our heroes did what had to be done.
