And he elaborated on that in his press conference, you simpleton. As he said, what she "lied" about didn't pan out to a breach of national security, had nothing to do with what happened in Benghazi. He did say that it's up to the other departments if they want to prosecute her about not telling the truth about the e-mail exchanges and on what computer.I place this on the same level as the article of impeachment against Slick Willy about lying about infidelity...which had nothing to do with the investigation in White Water, but it gave the GOP a hollow victory. It'll be interesting to see if the GOP will go with another hollow victory with Hillary.

Powell used a personal email address ON A GOV. PROVIDED COMPUTER in his office.... emails readily available to anyone in gov. interested in security....
Rice testified that she did not use email personally at all....only her staff sent and received email information....
I agree.... Learn to read carefully and comprehensively.... then learn to questions what you read by asking why, when, etc....and notice what is missing from what you are reading and ask the reason why it is missing....
Lies. Comey said, "THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOWING if any secret communications were compromised ...." But the fact remains....simply placing this nation's security at any possible risk is a CRIME under US CODE. Anyone else would have been fried. Ignorance of the law has never been a justifiable defense in this nation's history. Clearly the Russian's have demonstrated that it was very possible to hack into her private e-mail server.

I did chuckles. I also listened to/watched and then read the following from Comey's own lips:
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

As for Rice: Proof of your claims and assertions, because you've proven time and again to think your personal opinion, supposition and conjecture is on par with documented facts and valid sources. It's not. And I would be interested in what was actually resolved as to what Rice claimed.
