But let's say I'm a white Christian citizen in another country. And let's say some of my white Christian brethren, periodically terrorized and attacked my fellow citizens in said country---and in one instance the death toll was in the thousands.

Would I be butt hurt if a politician proposed a temporary ban on immigration from my native country? On what basis would I conflate his intention to protect *my adopted country* from dangerous radicals---with bigotry against my religion?

Because you hate everybody and consider yourself (however laughably) to be perfect, spending all your time blaming others. Anyone who knows the New Testament at all knows better than that, obviously.
