No, Kasich went to Cleveland. An offer simply wasn't made by Trump. Kasich doesn't hate Trump.

However Kasichs political star is on the rise and politicians, like rats, can smell a sinking ship. Kasich would be smart to disappear for 6 months. He should Let the Trump debacle unfold and not let himself get pulled into the Trump event horizon.
