Hmmm, let's see.

Since the New Testament was the Reformation and a removal of some of the Old Testaments teaching, can you show me where the New Testament calls for the taxation of killing of non-Christians or maybe you can show when the Koran essentially had an equivalent to the New Testament?

Or maybe you had some other correlation you might like to make between the New Testament and the Koran?

I am a devout Christian. But I didn't sign a suicide pact. I only hate stinky muslimes who follow the teachings of the pedophile mohamud pork rines be upon him. You do know he sexually abused boys and married a six year old girl right?

But yeah, Islam is doctrinally diverse; but to insist that it's a religion of peace is nonsense.

I personally have no use for Islam;
Christianity and Buddhism ( to a large extent) have compassion as a driving motivator -that is inherently worthwhile.

In this case it's some perverse desire by Obama to muddy the waters, when it would be so simple and correct for him
to just say "almost all of Islamic practitioners are peace" - but he won't -
and he won't recognize that there is a virulent strain intent on carrying out the Sword

But that only gets at part of the problem. Just because there are those muslimes like mullah moon who don't have the balls to carry out the sword doesn't mean they don't support their aims. Not all of jihad as at the tip of the sword. There is also the subtle sort like making American girls in school wear a hibbyjab scarf and making students recite the kooran. It must and will be stopped. When Trump is elected he will appoint at least four justices then we will set about purging this great country of the Muslime filth. ASLIMEALICKUM

'Fundamental' Christianity is based on salvation and redemption: it can only be used for terrorism by denying its core tenets.

Islam undoubtedly has it peaceful practice and practitioners. What progressives are unwilling to face, is the prospect that Islam might be a better vehicle for terrorism than any other religion.

Ironically, such a prospect violates one of the tenets of their faith.
