What do you think is the motive in appointing this oafish toff as Britain's public face abroad ? BREXIT with a vengeance ?

Why do you spout such risible drivel? Obama was given a pen holder made with wood from the anti-slave ship HMS Gannet. That gift was both classy and priceless, showing an understanding of the significance of Obama’s ascendence to the presidency. So what was Barry's gift to Gordon Brown? A set of 25 DVDs, so do you wonder why Boris considered him to be ignorant and consumed with hate for Britain? As fro Erdogan, I thought his poem was very funny!

Twenty five DVD's with Obama's speeches on them lol! The early Obama was mighty impressed with himself. Now that I think about it, he was Trump-like in that aspect---just more subtle about it.

Diplomacy: Boris Johnson... referred to "the part-Kenyan President's ancestral dislike of the British empire."

Even the Daily Mail wrote that the DVDs for Brown were a collection of American films, not Obama speeches... which is not to say that was a good gift but let's get the facts straight.

I have to say that many over here were excited when Obama became president but down the years that has changed somewhat. His back of the queue speech put a tin lid on it for many, ironically he may well have swung the referendum towards Brexit.

I seriously cannot understand why he even cares, it is our choice and frankly any Septics that are pissed off about it can go to the back of the queue!! We will now go on to reconquer the world now that the EU albatross around our necks is finally removed. We will establish new trade deals with dozens of countries in double quick time.
