Its possible. As a psychologist I have studied what some people call police brutality, and the statistics prove that most of those claims are bogus. For sure there are such claims which are true, but the statistical analysis of Police proves that only .5% do bad things and 99.5% are good police. The claims that many police are corrupt or engaged in misconduct are nothing but phony exaggerations from people who approach the subject with a gonadal approach.

And of course all witnesses tell the truth, especially a witness of one race talking about another. My eldest son lives in Baton Rouge and the ratio of opinions are running about 75% no crime and 25% a crime.

The same individuals that "race bait" are the same kind of individual that roll up their windows and lock their doors every time they drive through a neighborhood that is ethnically different then their own. Racism is natural or the world would not be populated with different races...each congregating toward SAME, with the same customs, culture, etc., Racism, like poverty will always exist upon this earth....what needs to be taught as a moral compass is tolerance and respect to each's individuality....and the right of every culture or race to have that individualism while observing the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with each group...regardless of Color.

No one can legislate morality.....common law is but a reflection of any societies morality or lack thereof. This problem can only be solved at the root cause....a breakdown of Family values of all RACES.....hate is gestated at home.
