july 7 7 2016 Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), chair of the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform, told FBI director James Comey during his testimony on Thursday morning that the committee would refer former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for investigation for perjury, given that she lied under oath before the House Select Committee on Benghazi in October.
“You’ll have one,” Chaffetz said, within “a few hours,” after Comey testified that the FBI would need a referral for Congress before investigating.

As Breitbart News detailed earlier this week, Clinton lied under oath to Congress in at least three ways: first, by stating that she had turned over “all my work related emails” from her private email server to the government; second, by insisting there was “nothing marked classified on my e-mails”; and third, by telling the committee that her attorneys “went through every single e-mail.” FBI director James Comey’s statement Tuesday suggested that none of those sworn statements were true.

The FBI has lost all credibility. It's an executive agency under control of obozo and it's obvious he told them hillary skates on everything.

The whole FBI, oh, my, we better get rid of the whole department then! Its funny how much they were praising Comey when they thought he was going to nail Hillary! lol

And thats the reason the State Dept. is reopening the investigation of the classification of Hillary's email.....to cover her ass by trying to prove
they were either mis labels or not labeled classified....

The fact that Hillary is not competent enough to KNOW something should be classified on her own won't be considered....

If she got the plans for making an atomic bomb that was not marked she send in out on the internet being as stupid as she is....

Another conspiracy! That Hillary is something. When she got away with murdering Vince Foster in a park I knew she was something special.

It's good Bravo will be pushing this. It should work anatta up into a fine rage and he'll get that "icky" feeling again. I bet that like Trump he must have puked when he found out Hillary Clinton goes to the bathroom!

Along with the whole FBI being corrupt, too. I wonder what this magic is that Hillary has that can make men and women do her bidding, even at the risk of their own careers and knowing what they will face the REPUBLICANS if they don't find her guilty, it must be that va jay jay thing they all talk about!

wait a minute...did State not just say it would take until AFTER the election to release Emails abut Clinton's view on the TPP
They claimed it was a manpower issue!

Clinton’s shifting positions on the TPP have been a source of controversy during the campaign: She repeatedly promoted the deal as secretary of state but then in 2015 said, "I did not work on TPP," even though some leaked State Department cables show that her agency was involved in diplomatic discussions about the pact. Under pressure from her Democratic primary opponent, Bernie Sanders, Clinton announced in October that she now opposes the deal — and has disputed that she ever fully backed it in the first place.

While some TPP-related emails have been released by the State Department as part of other open records requests, IBT’s request was designed to provide a comprehensive view of how involved Clinton and her top aides were in shaping the trade agreement, and whether her agency had a hand in crafting any particular provisions in the pact. Unions, environmental organizations and consumer groups say the agreement will help corporations undermine domestic labor, conservation and other public interest laws.

If IBT's open records request is fulfilled on the last day of November, as the State Department now estimates, it will have taken 489 days for the request to be fulfilled

Technically, she didn't work on it, you even say so yourself, her agency did and it was diplomatic discussions, what does that entail, exactly?
Bernie did his job and convinced her it was not a good thing. Good for him!

While you are at that book, make one for Trump as well.

so this delay is also coincidental in the timing?? ( there is a lot of that going around as of late)

And the State Dept's work/promotes independently of her wishes? While at the same time she was promoting the TPP as Sec.?
And now the TPP Emails cannot be released until after the election -meaning we cannot see her internal reasoning -
and we're just supposed to take her word that she converted to Bernies views for non-political convenience
( meaning she could conveniently convert back again?)
