Trump should say "if elected, i PROMISE to prosecute hillary for email crimes."

HAHAHAHA. Of course she did. And the chinese paid her millions for putting this vital info on a server they could easily hack into. THINK

The willful, obstinate refusal to accept facts that run counter to the narrative you've had running in your head for months now.

The hallmark of a good little Trumptard.

18 USC 793(f)

Think General Petraus, counselor. I'll think about him, and a Navy Lieutenant Commander I know who lost his commission and his security clearance, and was fined because a SUBORDINATE left a safeguarded drawer containing CONFIDENTIAL(not even SECRET, or TOP SECRET and above)material open overnight. The subordinate lost his security clearence, which under certain circumstances is a career ender. But ask either of these three if they were treated unjustly and they would say no. I know this for a FACT, because I understand that they violated a law, and for some people, violating a law has consequences. I also know that none of these men had any INTENTION to do harm to the U.S. Now, if this is your idea of the best person for the job of POTUS, someone who is UNQUALIFIED to hold even the lowest security clearance, you go ahead and vote for her lying ass, because stupidity isn't a crime, but there are consequences for it. And take your "intent" and shove it.

Did you know Petraeus actually handed top secret documents to his mistress? HRC did not give top secret documents to anyone not cleared to received them. She improperly allowed electronic copies to be kept on a computer, but did not let anyone unauthorized see them!

She used an insecure server so of course foreign powers saw the info. THINK

Actually we're glad hillary was not prosecuted. This shows just how corrupt and lawless obozo and the other democrats are. THINK

Yeah...uh-huh!

That's why virtually every single talking head on the radio today is whining non-stop about how insane it is that Hillary wasn't prosecuted.

But you keep telling yourself that other thing.

In a letter to Congress, the watchdogs said that Kendall, who has represented Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, since their days in the White House, retains a thumb drive with copies of the 30,000 emails Clinton had turned over to the State Department. She has said that she and her attorney first screened her emails and destroyed any communications that they deemed purely personal.

The watchdog review dealt with only a small sampling of 40 message from Clinton’s correspondence, raising the possibility that there may be hundreds of classified emails in the entire set of 30,000 — though, that’s a projection based on the records already processed for release.

Regardless, state says the information is being secured.

Kendall had security clearance, but his office safe was not a secure depositary

Did you know that his mistress was an army officer with a top secret security clearance? Did you know the government knows exactly what information Broadwell got, and who got a chance to see it? This is EXACTLY the same as the hillary case...except for three little things:
1) Hillary had access to a MUCH higher level of information than Petraus did.
2) No one has any idea WHO has seen the information on her private server.
3) There are probably a hundred people in her sphere of influence that were aware of this situation.
And ask yourself, if you were trying to secure a government position that required a background check for a security clearance, and something like this was hanging over your head, do you think you would get the clearance? Do you think you would deserve it?

In mid-2012, Dr. Scott Kelley and his wife Jill, of Tampa, FL, alleged that Broadwell sent anonymous emails suggesting Kelley cease her inappropriate behavior towards Petraeus and other senior military and civilian leaders. (Kelley was later associated with a government investigation into Marine Corps General John Allen for sending and receiving inappropriate, sexually explicit emails - which media likened to "phone sex" - to senior military officers.) Kelley reported the emails from Broadwell to the FBI.

In December 2012, the Department of Justice issued a declination to bring charges. A separate investigation was launched after the discovery of unauthorized documents in Broadwell's possession during the initial FBI investigation.

This was the first time the Department of Justice pursued such an invasive investigation into the work of a DoD-credentialed journalist. The FBI was heavily criticized for opening the investigation at all. A close friend of Kelley’s, FBI agent Frederick Humphries, accepted the case as a favor to Kelley and pushed the probe along, despite questions about whether the email exchange between the two women rose to the level meriting federal attention.

Although the sending of the emails was deemed to be insufficient grounds for a criminal charge, the FBI called Broadwell in for questioning, at which time she admitted to the affair with Petraeus. Petraeus also admitted to having an inappropriate, intimate relationship with Jill Kelley to Broadwell and to the FBI in interviews; Petraeus described three incidents, including a dinner with their spouses when Petraeus said he and Kelley had inappropriately touched each other in the genital area.

After Broadwell turned over her computer, classified documents were found, leading to further FBI scrutiny of her relationship with Petraeus. The affair was revealed in early November 2012 and was cited by Petraeus as the reason for his resignation.

According to the Army, there is no active investigation into Broadwell's actions.

When the news of the scandal became public, Broadwell spent time away from her husband and family secluded in Washington D.C. at the home of her brother, Stephen Kranz. At the same time her home in Charlotte, North Carolina, was being searched by the FBI.

It was announced December 18, 2012, the United States Department of Justice would not charge Broadwell.

I don't recall all this con rage and hate when the FBI & DOJ declined to prosecute Broadwell....
