how is that different from what Hillary did?......in that she emailed it instead of took it on a USB drive?.....isn't that actually worse?.....

and how is it you don't believe the specific definition describes what she did?.....which of the elements of gross negligence was not met?......

1) Two different standards that mean different things.
2) What she did does not fit into that subsection, as much as you really really badly want it to.
3) Malicious intent is not relevant.

A finding of Gross negilgence requires a carelessness so extreme
as to almost want to hurt others.
That isn't the case here.
It can't be proven that Hillary wanted to hurt others or cared so little as to be evil in disregard for others rights or property.

Of course you know this already don't you Pastor?

1.saying they are different when the verbiage shows they are equivalent is not a persuasive argument.
2.Again you would need to find some reasoning why (f)(1) does not apply-her pattern of behavior shows gross negligence
( for instance her rejecting a desktop in Mahogany Row to check her Emails in favor of her Blackberry -1 of many examples)
3. Intent is not needed.

gross negligence does not require an intent to do damage of any kind.
All that is needed is to show careless in the extreme

I had forgotten that one. She gave her lawyer a thumb drive that he supposedly (and most likey) put into his office safe.
But that safe was not a secured area under definition to hold classified data

it was the fact her blackberry was tied to her unsecured Email server(s) - according to Comey using in a "remote hostile area (sic?) allowed foreign intelligence services hacking -not just foreign attacks from overseas hackers while stateside.
Plus all US State dept employeese were warned not to do so.
