So you think putting secret gov. data into the public domain via internet email is not a crime....its that your position....?

Comey's conclusion, which he insisted no politician in the Obama administration was aware of in advance, amounted to a declaration that Clinton and her aides were 'extremely careless' with their handling of classified material, but their actions did not rise to the level of a prosecution.
'None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system,' Comey said.

The one claiming someone broke a law should generally know what law they think she broke, right?

1) Intent is required, its why Dick Cheney was not prosecuted for outing Valery Plame.
2) There is absolutely no evidence she put data in the Public Domain. That is simply wild internet rumor or wishful thinking for those who hate HRC.
3) A law must exist before it can be broken... what law do you think she broke?

ask a cop. see what they say. then read about case law explaining mistakes of law, good faith exceptions, and laws not clearly established. then come back to me.

The quote from the director of the FBI that says if you do this you will go to jail is and I quote. "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences, to the contrary those individuals are often subject to security sanctions"

Translated if any of the 7 billion other people on this Earth are caught doing what Hillary did, they would be subject to the law.
