Well that is only the most infamous crime against women committed by American servicemen there. There have been murders too. It's pretty awful. Wow way to use a victim to accomplish you political goals. Every law named after a victim is a shitty law that was just rammed through because of emotional reasons. Why would this is apply to all reentry offenses? Why not just those who had felonies?

Are American servicemen any more likely to actually commit rape or murder than native Okinawans? You have to look at per capita statistics, not single incidents.
 
The dude in this instance was actually trying to hunt seals. His bullet hit the pavement and it ricocheted and killed someone. Yeah, he was a tard, but I'm pretty sure the proponents of this tard law don't mention that.
