Culture wars and religion are separate from politics and political parties. Democrats can no more win them than Republicans can lose them. Also, it's been one, solitary presidential administration that the GOP has lost to. People accuse McCain of choking away an election that no Republican was going to win. Such people are Trumptards, incapable of being honest. Trump is the only candidate (other than Bush or Carson, I suppose) who could possibly lose to Hillary.
